Day 1: Quito – El Coca – Yasuní
- Arrival at El Coca
- Fluvial transportation along the Napo River to the Lodge.
- Arrive to the Lodge in the Kiwcha Añangu Community
- Lunch
- Hike to the observation tower in the rainforest.
- Kayak in the Napo River.
- Dinner.
- Night walk to observe nocturnal animals.
Day 2: Hiking day- Visit to a Indigenous Community
- Breakfast
- Motorized canoe to the parrot clay lick on the banks of the Napo River.
- Hike to the parrot clay lick viewpoint inside the forest to see face-to-face up to 11 species of parrots and parakeets (including macaws), and sometimes even mammals like howler monkeys, tapirs, and peccaries come to this place to drink water and obtain vital minerals.
- Visit the intercultural interpretation center Kuri Muyu.
- Return to the Lodge.
- Lunch.
- Canoe ride along the Añangu stream.
- Dinner.
- Bonfire with the community: traditional songs and legends.
Day 3: Wuayusada and Return to Quito
- Wuayusada ritual at 04:30 and dreams interpretation by the Mamakuna (matriarch) of the community.
- Breakfast.
- Return to Puerto La Misión (El Coca) by motor canoe along the Napo River.
- Arrival at El Coca city.
- Return to the hotel in Quito by car.
Long-sleeve clothing, raincoat, comfortable pants (not jeans), comfortable shoes, swimsuit, Sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
